Huge congratulations to Fashion Scout designer Emma J
Shipley who has been awarded the UKFT Rise Newcomer award.

opulent scarves and textiles,
which blur the boundaries between fine art and fashion.”
The awards
were presented by HRH The Princess Royal, President of UKFT at One Mayfair last
night and were accompanied by a catwalk produced by Fashion Scout.
The evening saw eleven awards
presented across a range of categories, congratulations to all award winners
from the evening!
